Six questions to ask before hiring a commercial public adjuster

A useful starting checklist

  • Property type and location
  • Date and type of damage, if known
  • Photos and estimates already available
  • Claim status and insurer correspondence
  • Your main concern or unanswered question

Start with a brief description. Sensitive policy documents can be discussed during follow-up.

Common questions

Is a large-loss review right for you?

What size claims are you focused on?

Our focus is substantial property losses with estimated damage of $500,000 or more. If the amount is not yet clear, select “Not sure yet” on the request form and describe the property and damage.

Can I contact you if the claim has already been filed?

Yes. Share whether the claim is new, under review, disputed, or has received an estimate or payment. We can discuss the current status and whether our services may fit your situation.

Who does a public adjuster represent?

A public adjuster represents the policyholder in the property insurance claim process. Write It Right works with property owners on damage documentation, estimating, and claim negotiation.

What happens after I request a review?

We review the information you provide and contact you to discuss the loss, available documents, and possible next steps. Any proposed services and fees should be clear before you decide to engage us.

Take the next step
